We are endlessly balancing our lives among thoughts, people, events & experiences.
Grief & Loss encompass many levels of our balancing especially the gross & subtle. Mentally, physically and energetically, we most likely process Grief & Loss, differently. We understand the importance of knowing that we are all unique in the experience. Grief & Loss mean something differently to you and me but we can learn together and share our insight and perspective. We become knowledgeable by learning about Grief & Loss when we open the door to the process, mindfully, weaving the information and our personal exploration.
It was essential & important for us to become knowlegeable on the subject of Grief & Loss even beyond providing funeral service & our own personal experiences of processing Grief & Loss. We value the education & those we are able to assist in their process.

Loss was sincerely significant at an early age in my life on many different levels.
I experienced a significant loss of what I expected to be "normal" childhood experiences, which I didn’t fully realize until I engaged more socially. This realization began as I identified the loss of the family I had dreamed about living in while growing up in an emotionally dysfunctional household. My mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.), and I felt like I was the only one who could look beyond her disease to see her as a whole person. Watching her gradually lose her abilities was incredibly difficult, and it was compounded by observing how the adults around me coped with their sadness and depression. Rather than letting go of their grief, they seemed to hold onto it, which further highlighted the emotional turmoil within our family dynamics. This journey has left me with a profound sense of loss, not only of a typical childhood but also of the family connections I yearned for amidst the struggles of illness and emotional pain. The lowest moments of my life set the mission for balance and grace to no longer remain stuck in the "imprinted narrative". It is ok reflect, celebrate and release both the "losses and the wins"....grace and balance.
