A slower flow with less intensity includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. Practice includes warm up and static movements. Modifications are emphasized, accommodating all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements encourages a comfortable pace creating less strain on muscles and joints. A great beginners class!
An energetic vinyasa flow with pranayama ~ mindfully guiding you through the transition to help you discover how the pose best fits your body. The class temperature will be warm and adjusted for group comfort.
A hot community yoga class to connect more deeply with your breath, develop alignment, strength, and mobility by leaning into poses with a brave heart, and grow into your practice. All classes offer assists, a loving healing touch, and time for reflection. This hot class is excellent for releasing vacillating energy.
Enjoy a delightful breath-centered vinyasa flow practice coupled with yummy yin poses that will enliven and restore the body, focus and calm the mind and elevate the spirit. Hands-on assists and Reiki healing energy will be offered throughout the practice.
This class includes:
A hot yoga practice that focuses on alignment, integration, and meditation. It is taught with loving guidance and motivation. The class consists of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing techniques. It is perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners. The heated room warms up your entire body and allows you to work safer and deeper into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The mindfulness taught during class instills a state of peace, and the energetic assists offered clarity and healing.

This restorative ~ immersive ~ calming class collaborates meditation, intention, breath, shapes held in time--safely supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks; offering mellow movement in between poses. This is an easy evening class to check in with body, mind and breath before "lights out". The class habituates and normalizes gratitude by initiating release of attachments accumulated during the day.
